Refund policy

 

RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. For health, safety and hygiene reasons, we will not be able to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on used items.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your order contained a free gift this will also need to be returned in order to receive a refund and we will be unable to offer a partial refund on bundle purchases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

To start a return, Contact us at support@stlondon.com.

If your return is accepted, repack your item in its original packaging. Visit your nearest EVRI Parcel Shop. Please print the label we will provide and attach this to the outside of the parcel. Please keep a proof of your postage as the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. 

Once we receive the returned parcel, it will be inspected. If we find that the product has been used, no refund will be issued. You will also need to pay for shipping again if you want the item returned to you.

PLEASE NOTE ST London will only reimburse the cost of the products and not any postage or shipping fees.

DAMAGES & ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

RECEIVING YOUR REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
